Welcome! I have over 30 years of experience working with children and families, specialized in new families coming to the Bay Area and the numerous stressors that transition and changes bring. I have also worked extensively with children and adults experiencing anxiety. I speak both English and French, and graduated with a Master in Counseling Psychology from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. I believe in the power of the individual and helping you find your own strength and inner resources that leads to a healthy and happy lifestyle. My interaction with you in therapy will be dynamic, I like to build a strong connection, share resources and ask questions that will challenge your status quo. Developing realistic goals and adapting new approaches that leads to change are my priority for you.
